Terms of Service

By accessing https://boost4gold.com (the "Website") and/or using any services offered through the Website (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or the Services.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the Website and Services after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Important Disclaimers

1.1 No affiliation or endorsement. Boost4Gold is an independent, third‑party platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., Battle.net®, World of Warcraft® ("WoW"), or any other game publisher. Any references to third‑party trademarks are for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

1.2 Compliance with game rules. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all rules, policies, and end‑user license agreements of the games you play (including Blizzard’s EULA, Terms of Use, and in‑game advertising policies). If a requested activity would violate such rules (including but not limited to real‑money trading, unauthorized account sharing, botting, automation, escrow/matchmaking by prohibited organizations, or prohibited advertising practices), Boost4Gold will decline or terminate the request.

1.3 No real‑money payments. Boost4Gold does not process or accept any fiat/real‑money or crypto payments for gameplay activities, items, currencies, or carries. Consideration for any in‑game assistance must be in‑game gold only, transferred directly between the players in‑game. Boost4Gold does not provide escrow or hold value on behalf of users.

1.4 Self‑play focus; piloted play avoided. The Services are designed and offered as self‑play assistance (coaching/grouping). To minimize the risk of violating publisher rules, account sharing/piloted play is not offered by Boost4Gold. If you nevertheless arrange any off‑platform piloted activity, you do so at your own risk and responsibility, and Boost4Gold is not a party to such arrangement.

1.5 In‑game advertising limitations. Users must follow any publisher restrictions on where and how boosting for gold may be advertised. For WoW, this typically means using Trade (Services) channels and avoiding LFG or prohibited cross‑realm "organization" advertising. You are responsible for compliance; violations may result in account actions by the publisher.

2. Definitions

  • User/Customer/You: a natural person who registers an account on the Website and requests or provides in‑game assistance for in‑game gold.

  • Boost4Gold/We/Us: the Website operator providing a platform for scheduling, coordination, and information related to self‑play assistance.

  • Assistance: self‑play grouping, coaching, raid or dungeon participation, or similar in‑game cooperative play that complies with game rules and is compensated, if at all, only with in‑game gold.

3. Registration & Account

3.1 You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.2 You may close your account at any time via request to support. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are used in violation of these Terms or applicable game/publisher rules.

3.3 By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails (e.g., account notices). You may opt‑out of non‑essential marketing emails at any time.

4. Eligible Users

4.1 You represent and warrant that:

  • (a) You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • (b) You are capable of entering a binding agreement and are not subject to sanctions or prohibitions that would restrict use of the Services.

  • (c) Your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws and with all game‑publisher rules and policies.

4.2 Account sharing. You will not request, induce, or participate in any activity that requires providing your game account credentials to another person. Boost4Gold prohibits arranging or facilitating piloted play or account sharing through the Website.

5. Nature of Services; Gold‑Only Consideration

5.1 Platform role. Boost4Gold provides tools and listings to help players coordinate self‑play grouping and coaching. We do not buy, sell, or broker items, currencies, or accounts; we do not offer escrow, payment processing, or guarantees of in‑game outcomes.

5.2 Gold‑only. Any agreed consideration must be in‑game gold only and must be transferred directly between players in‑game. The Website will not request or accept real‑money or crypto. If any party requests off‑platform fiat/crypto payment, do not proceed and report it to us.

5.3 No escrow. Boost4Gold does not hold, custody, or transfer in‑game gold on behalf of users and does not mediate value disputes. Users must agree in‑game timing and terms consistent with publisher rules.

5.4 Scheduling windows & listings. Event times, estimated durations, and team composition are indicative and not guaranteed. Content difficulty, patches, and player performance may impact completion time and outcomes.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Gold‑Only)

6.1 Because no real‑money payments are processed by Boost4Gold, monetary refunds are not applicable. Users may reschedule or cancel a planned self‑play session through the Website before it begins.

6.2 Any return or adjustment of in‑game gold is strictly a player‑to‑player matter conducted in‑game and must comply with publisher rules. Boost4Gold is not a party to such in‑game transfers and cannot compel a return of in‑game gold.

6.3 We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any listing or session that appears to violate these Terms or publisher rules (e.g., RMT solicitation, escrow requests, piloted play).

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • (a) Use the Services to offer or request real‑money payments or crypto for any in‑game activity, currency, or item.

  • (b) Arrange or advertise account sharing/piloted gameplay.

  • (c) Operate as or on behalf of a prohibited cross‑realm boosting organization, matchmaking, or escrow service.

  • (d) Advertise in ways or locations that violate publisher policies (e.g., using in‑game channels other than those permitted for services for gold).

  • (e) Use automation, bots, hacks, or any software that violates publisher rules.

  • (f) Engage in fraud, harassment, IP infringement, or other unlawful conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All Website content, trademarks, and software are owned by Boost4Gold or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted. Third‑party game names and marks are used for identification and remain the property of their owners.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 As‑is. The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9.2 No guarantee of outcomes. Completion of any in‑game activity depends on many factors (group performance, patch changes, RNG). Boost4Gold does not warrant that any particular reward, rating, or completion will be achieved.

9.3 Publisher actions. Game publishers may take enforcement actions (including suspensions or bans) if they believe their rules were violated. You understand and accept this risk and agree that Boost4Gold is not liable for publisher enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost4Gold and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, reputation, profits, or opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred (100) U.S. dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boost4Gold from any claims arising out of (i) your use of the Website or Services, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of publisher rules or third‑party rights.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services (and remove listings) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or publisher rules, or to comply with law or a publisher request. You may request closure of your account at any time.

12. Governing Law; Disputes

Unless a mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for thirty (30) days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and the parties consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.

  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
