1. Full Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund of the gold under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation Before Boost: You can cancel your boost up to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, and the gold will be refunded to the same character who made the payment.
  • Service Not Started: If the boost has not yet commenced due to unforeseen delays or issues on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Partial Refunds

A partial refund of the gold may be issued in the following cases:

  • Partially Completed Services: If part of the service has been successfully completed but the remaining portion could not be fulfilled, we will calculate a fair refund based on the progress made.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • ✔ If the service is completed successfully and meets the agreed-upon requirements.
  • ✔ If the cancellation request is made after the boost has already started.
  • ✔ If the client is unresponsive and prevents the scheduled service from taking place.

5. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds are issued exclusively in in-game gold. The gold will be returned to the character that made the initial payment. Partial refunds will follow the same process and calculation.
